Training Log: Squats

So after nearly a month of recovering from my last attempt at starting the 200 squats program, at last I have begun.

I started on week 1 this time, despite my initial test number of 39. I still feel challenged and a bit sore but not like I was dying the next day like the first attempt.

Reps:

x 16

x 9

x 9

x Max (15 for me)

Again if you’re interested in trying out 200 Squats or many other body weight programs you can do so by going here They have an iphone app for about 2 bucks that has an interval timer that might be cool. I’m an android person so I haven’t tried it.
