The Pink Hulk is Baaa-aaack!

It has been six days since my last confes… er, workout.
As Kris knows, I’ve been having issues with exhaustion in the middle of a workout. Not muscle exhaustion, but liter wanting-to-sleep exhaustion. I tried many different things as potential solutions (sleep, food intake, water) but nothing helped.
Turns out I was overworked. I outsourced a bunch of my work for last week and took the weekend off from the book I’m writing for a client, took almost a week off from lifting and now I feel much better.
So today, to get the blood pumping again I raided my meathead-husband’s Stimutax supply. It was the return of the Pink Hulk. I poounded out my benches, power cleans and front and back pulldowns like they were nothin’. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow, but that’s okay. I miss the ache.

Happy to see you back at it. I’m still on a break myself, maybe overworked is my issue as well. I am starting to miss it though, which is a good sign.
How’s the ache today?
Not too bad. On vacation now but I’m determined to keep it up while I’m away.
