Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band

Warm up sets

Working sets:

295 x 5

340 x 5

385 x 9 (*PR for reps)


No assistance


Couldn’t do assistance this evening, had other things I needed to take care of. Pretty happy with 385 lbs for 9 reps – calcs out to 500 lbs so that’s a new PR for me by a couple pounds. It’s about time I start getting a new PR here and there.
